Online Registration

Important Details:

1. Registration fee is S$18 per person per trail (inclusive of GST). Pre-registration is strongly encouraged.
2. Mode of Payment
   1. Online Payment
      You can register online and pay via credit card or mastercard.
      
   2. Cheque payment
      Crossed cheques must be made payable to "Hatch One Events & Marketing Pte Ltd" (National Heritage Board's appointed event agency). Please do not send post-dated cheques. Mail all cheques attached with completed registration forms to Hatch One Events & Marketing Pte Ltd, 330 River Valley Road, Singapore 238362 (Attention: Expedition 'H')
   3. Cash payment
      Payment to be made in person at the same address. Please do not send cash by mail. *Office Operating Hours: 9.30am to 5pm (Mon to Fri)

   If you register online and wish to pay via cash or cheque, kindly print out your registration email notification and submit together with your payment.

3. Registration forms and cheques must reach Hatch One by Friday, 24 July 2008. A receipt-cum-ticket will then be issued to participants. Receipt will be issued via email for online and cheque payment. For cash payment, receipt will be issued on-the-spot. Please bring along your receipt for verification purposes.
4. You may choose to register at Singapore HeritageFest Festival Hub's Information Counter (Suntec City, Tropics Atrium) from 16 - 27 July 2008, but this is subject to the availability of the seats at that point in time.
5. Please meet 30 minutes before the departure time at the Singapore HeritageFest Festival Hub's Information Counter (Suntec City, Tropics Atrium). Registration fees will not be refunded if you do not turn up for the trail.
6. Please note that tours may overrun their estimated end time due to the enthusiasm of the tour participants and/or traffic conditions. Participants are strongly encouraged not to book tours back-to-back on the same day, or to arrange back-to-back appointments after the tours.
7. Photography is permissible, but other forms of recording (e.g. note-taking, audio or visual recording) are not allowed.
8. Refund Policy. All submissions to participate in the festival activities are non-refundable. In the event that weather conditions do not permit the running of the trails at their listed time, the trail will be rescheduled. Refunds will only be entertained in the case of a cancellation initiated by the organiser.

By taking part in Expedition 'H', participants agree that the organisers, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, satellite providers, advertising and promotions agencies, and their respective officers, Directors, and employees shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in this event. This includes, without limitation, personal injury, death, property damage and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

You are encouraged to turn up in comfortable shoes for walking, and to bring your own umbrella and bottle of water.
