Overview

Visit Kid's Zone at the Festival Hub this year for activities designed specially for children. We have the following awaiting your participation:

Who's Your Hero?
Explore the world of heroes with the young ones at Singapore HeritageFest 2008!

Every child looks up to someone for their noble deeds of bravery or selfless acts of love. Here at Kids' Zone, they will be enthralled with true stories of heroic individuals as they learn about the heroic traits that make heroes and heroines. Be sure to catch this fun exhibition specially tailored for kids between ages 4-12!

The Heroes Patch
Don't miss this magnificent giant patchwork made up of 240 patches created by primary schools in a creative expression based on the theme of “Heroes”.

Vote for your favourite patch and the winning school can bag attractive prizes! So your vote counts!

Children's Hero Activities
Take the kids on an inspiring journey to uncover heroic qualities through the various games, story-telling, art-making and role-playing activities. Children can also work with their friends or siblings to find clues and answers to a list of questions that would teach them more about their heroes, from the great to the unknown ones. They can also share with us who their heroes or heroines are by leaving their thoughts on the Hero's Tree.
