Sound Stories 1
Put on your dancing shoes for your favourite music from the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s! This one-night concert at Zouk will showcase local music legends from the past.
Performing artistes includes Gypsy, STARDUST, Rahimah Rahim, The Trailers and Jive Talkin'. Up and coming youth band, The UnXpected will also be performing.
Hosted by radio personality and DJ Brian Richmond, Sound Stories 1 will be a perfect mix of the old and the new. So come on down to Zouk and have a swinging good time!

Performers
Gypsy
Ferdinand brothers, Mel, Joe and cousin Dixie were highly popular in the 1980s with Mel and Joe being Talentime winners. The group later went on to the club scene where they had a strong following. They disbanded in the early 1990s.
Rahimah Rahim
A child star with a career spanning 40 years, she is also a versatile singer and actress. The veteran singer performs in English, Chinese, and Malay.
The Trailers
A 1960s favourite, The Trailers performed songs from The Shadows and Cliff Richard. Two of the original members will be performing at this concert.
STARDUST
Considered by many as a class act and the first vocal group in Singapore, members performing from the original group are Robert Fernando, Clement Chow, Ann Hussein and Pat Chan. It will be the first reunion for them in 30 years.
Jive Talkin'
A Singapore legendary band with great versatility – from the swinging 1950s to the present, Jive Takin' will get everyone into the groove.
The UnXpected
A youth band popular with the youth, they currently perform at Wala Wala and Balaclava.
