In this exclusive one night only dinner, Chow will satisfy even the most discerning palates with his gastronomic creations and tantalising flavours. Having won numerous international culinary competitions from the Food & Hotel Asia - Culinary Challenge in 1998, Kitchen Olympics held in Berlin in 1996, and at the prestigious Expogast 2006 Culinary World Cup in Luxembourg, Chow is one of Singapore's most established chefs.
