The lion dance, which originated from India, is usually performed as a ceremony to exorcise evil spirits and to summon luck and fortune. |

| Synopsis | Fusion Asia was formed in year 2007 to create unique music with the combination of Ethnic and Fusion instruments like the Chinese erhu/flute , Indian tabla, western drums or even electric guitar. Fusion Asia has many talented musicians who have represented Singapore at many concerts around the world, such as the MIDEM festive held in Cannes, France. |

| Synopsis | The Philippines’ most famous dance was named after the bird called ‘Tikling’ which lives in rice paddies. Bayanihan de resistance, it follows a relentlessly accelerating pace as dancers hop in and out rapidly clapping bamboo poles, mimicking the movements of a bird when confronted by traps set by farmers. This dance will be performed by 4 young kids who are passionate about Tinikling. |

| Synopsis | Townsville Primary School’s Angklung and Kulintang Ensemble were formed in 1999. Members of the ensemble not only learnt the traditional Indonesia musical instrument, they have also learnt how to fuse the traditional Indonesia musical instrument with western musical instruments. |
