Have you wondered how artefacts look like before their “makeover” prior to exhibitions?

From 25 July to 13 December 2009, the Heritage Conservation Centre (HCC) will be presenting an exhibition on conservation at Asian Civilisations Museum, Shaw Foyer Gallery.

The exhibition aims to show the public what goes on behind the scenes of a museum exhibition, as we learn about the expertise of a Conservator. The conservators and artefacts will tell you their interesting stories! So join us as we explore the unique nature of this occupation.
